Terms of service
These terms govern the use of SportHub by account holders: club staff, collaborators, and members who access the member portal. Creating an account means accepting them.
Who provides the service
SportHub is currently provided by Eugeniu Grigoras, Reggio Emilia, Italy. If the service is transferred to a company, these terms and the privacy policy will be updated and submitted for renewed acceptance.

What the service provides
SportHub is a management application for sports clubs and associations: member registries, subscriptions, manually recorded payments, medical certificate deadlines, sporting licenses, attendance, and groups, plus a member portal where athletes can view their own situation.
New club activities are enabled by the operator after a request and, where applicable, a service agreement with the club. Optional modules may be activated separately under their own conditions.
Accounts
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. The email address is used for security and service communications.
- Credentials are personal: keep your password safe, do not share your account, and sign out on shared devices.
- You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. Members under 14 can use the member portal only through a linked guardian account approved by their club; records about younger members are managed by their club and guardians under the club's own legal bases.
- We may lock accounts after repeated failed sign-in attempts and require additional verification for sensitive roles.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for legitimate club and membership administration. Do not attempt to access records beyond your role, probe or disrupt the service, or use data obtained from the service for unrelated purposes. Staff users must follow the instructions for authorized persons provided by their club.
Club data and privacy
Records that a club enters about its members remain the club's data: the club is the data controller and SportHub processes them under a data-processing agreement and written instructions. How personal data is handled is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
Clubs are responsible for having the required notices, consents, and legal bases for the data they enter, including health certificates and records about minors.
Service levels and backups
The service is provided with reasonable care on a best-effort basis: there are no formal availability guarantees at this stage, and maintenance may cause short interruptions. Data is backed up automatically with encrypted copies kept off-site; restore procedures are tested periodically.
Fees
Personal accounts and the member portal are free of charge. Fees for club plans, where applicable, are defined in the service agreement signed with the club; no fee is ever charged without a prior explicit agreement.
Changes to the service and to these terms
The service evolves over time; features may be added or improved. When these terms or the privacy policy change in a relevant way, the new version is published with its date and you will be asked to review and accept it at your next sign-in before continuing to use the service.
Closing your account
You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account from the personal data section of your profile. Club-entered records about you are governed by the club's retention rules and the privacy policy; backup copies rotate out automatically.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, attempt to compromise the service, or abuse other users' data, normally after a warning unless the violation requires immediate action.
Liability
We operate the service with reasonable skill and care and secure it as described in the privacy policy. We are responsible for damages caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence; nothing in these terms limits rights that the law grants you in a way that cannot be waived.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Where you are a consumer, you keep the protections granted by the law of your country of residence and the right to bring proceedings before your local courts.
